One of our mini-eco challenge takers, Cheap Cookin' Mama, cooked up a meal with stuff she had in the frig so she wouldn't waste it. Today's was mini pizzas on leftover Panera Bread but I haven't posted yet.
I can't wait to see what you and everyone else do. BTW - loved your leftover white rice post. I made too much brown rice the other day so I might try one.
